Customer Communication.

  • Customers can contact us via WhatsApp or call.
  • Orders can be placed through calls or messages.
  • We accept orders placed through any platform like instagram,facebook, whatsapp,or call after discussing the feasibility of the task.

Order Processing.

  • Once an order is placed, a minimum of 30 minutes is required to reach the pick-up location. This time may vary depending on circumstances.

Packaging .

  • Secure packaging is the responsibility of the customer. The company is not accountable for packing-related issues due to its limitations.
  • No illegal items should be included in the package.

Rider Responsibilities.

  • The rider has the right to check the parcel at the time of pick-up.
  • Items like jewelry (e.g., diamonds) or large amounts of cash should not be included in the parcel.
  • Upon arrival at the delivery location, the rider will call the customer. If unanswered, the rider will ring the doorbell to notify their presence.

Customer Responsibilities .

  • Customers must check their order on the spot and immediately report any issues or complaints to the rider.

Liabilities.

  • The rider is not responsible for any damage caused by accidents during transit, such as those due to rain or storms.
  • If the rider damages the order due to negligence, the rider will be held accountable.

Payment Method.

  • Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or online.
  • For online payments, the customer must transfer the amount on the spot directly to the rider.
